This class is a continuation of our Introduction to Portuguese Part 1.

In this section, we build on this work with more complex conversation topics and grammar: furthering developing pronunciation and rules for pluralization, asking and responding to open-ended questions, expressing possession, talking about the future and the past, restaurants and dining out, talking about how long you have been doing things, and expressing obligations, to name some!

You can already interact in a simple way by asking and answering questions in maintaining conversations that involve making short lists and phrases. You are able to recognize familiar words and basic phrases concerning yourself, your family, and immediate surroundings. You understand familiar written names, words, and simple sentences, for example, on notices and posters or in catalogs. You are also able to write a short, simple postcard, such as a holiday greeting, and fill out forms with personal details.

If you need assistance to determine if this class is right for you, we would be happy to help.
If ou have questions, please attend our online Q&A session on Friday April 5th. Click here to sign up for the meeting.
