This class is designed for students with NO PRIOR knowledge of Spanish.
While this is a class for beginners, it will be taught almost entirely in Spanish like all our other classes.
Students will become already familiar with everyday expressions and basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a concrete nature. They will be able to introduce themselves and others as well as ask and answer questions about personal details such as where they live, whom they know, what they own, what they like, etc. They will be able to interact in a simple way provided the other person speaks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help. Students will work on how to:
– use most frequently used regular verbs in the present tense (indicative mood).
– ask and answer questions
– describe themselves and others, their family life, work, etc.
