While traveling to Italy may not be the first thing on your mind in this fall, our resilience tells us that we will be ok — or as the Italians have been saying all along “Andrá tutto bene!” — and soon enough we will find ourselves dreaming of Italy in all its beauty and superb geographic diversity and once again we will be plotting to return! That’s when you will appreciate having taken this class!
Social protocols are often misunderstood by tourists and get in the way of that perfect overseas experience. We will share many stories, resources, and cultural tips to assist you in preparing your future travels to Italy and afford you the best possible experience. You will master the basics of the Italian language (pronunciation, sentence structure, verbs, etc.); learn ways to address people while respecting culture etiquette and elicit the best possible response (greetings, interjections, etc.); find out how and when to order your cappuccino or meal; navigate city public transportation, trains, road systems like a pro; and arrange your own entertainment and cultural visits like a native! A highly interactive and fun class!
If you know that this is the right level for you, please sign up!
If you are not sure, let us help and evaluate if it is. Sign up to attend our free demonstration class of 04/13. And if you are unable to attend to attend, please get in touch by email or sign up for an online informational meeting on April 15th.
