This highly interactive class is designed for students with NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE with the Spanish language. Embark on a new adventure; one that will be rewarding and fun while at the same time challenge you!
While this is a class for absolute beginners, it will be taught entirely in Spanish like all our other classes.
Students will become familiar with everyday expressions and learn basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a concrete nature. They will learn to introduce themselves and others as well as ask and answer questions about personal details such as where they live, whom they know, what they own, what they like, etc. By the end of the session, students will be able to interact in a simple way provided the other person speaks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help. Students will be able to:
– use most frequently used regular verbs in the present tense (indicative mood).
– ask basic questions
– describe themselves and others, their family life, work, etc.
– discuss their likes and dislikes (gustar)

If you were comfortable in the Faux-Beginning class in previous sessions, this class might be for you. It is also a level we recommend for people who studied Spanish in high school, perhaps college and had a limited ability to converse in the present, perhaps past and future but have not used the language for a long time and feel very rusty. -
Spanish – Advanced Beginning – Morning Class
This class is a continuation of the beginning levels.
If you were comfortable in the Faux-Beginning morning class in previous sessions, this class might be for you.
